MAKING A DIFFERENCE. ONE STEP AT A TIME.
“I still remember the moments before leaving Nepal, carrying a seven-year-old Nepalese boy in my arms as we waved good-bye. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, the boy, Aman, and I developed a strong bond over the few weeks that I stayed in Nepal. It was an unlikely match, yet we became almost like brothers by the end of my trip. Now, back in America, this connection with Aman has fueled my passion to help not only him but his community. My hope is for WIN to positively impact his family, his school, his village, and his hometown, one step at a time.”
